Ferdinando Carulli(1770-1841)

 

Ferdinando Maria Meinrado Francesco Pascale Rosario Carulli was a composer of the 19th century. Born in Naples, Italy, he gave imprtance to the guitar when he was 19. He himself developed the basics of the technique used today to play the guitar.Thanks to his concerts, the guitar won recognition in the early 19th. He lived in Paris, center of the music. He has composed over 400 works for the guitar.
